Our BID Maintenance Operative is back and available to help you with the small maintenance jobs of up to one day’s work that you don’t have the time or resources to do. 

“The BIDs Maintenance Service, exclusive to BID members, will help ease the list of jobs that need to be carried out as business premises begin to open.” ~ CEO, Sally Gillborn.

Our Maintenance Operative will be available to support with small, basic outdoor DIY and decorating projects at BID members premises.

Examples of work supported includes:

  • External decorating
  • Painting shop fronts
  • Gutter clearing
  • Weeding
  • Hedge trimming
  • Pruning of shrubbery 
  • Litter picking 
  • Small building repairs  
  • Jet Washing

Please note:

  • Whilst this service is free to BID Members, all materials for work undertaken on their property/grounds must be provided by the BID member
  • All requests are considered and assessed on their merits and subject to approval by the Operations Team.
  • Small maintenance jobs that require up to one day’s work.

BID levy payments must be up-to-date before any work is completed by our Maintenance Operative.
