Maintenance Service

If you’re looking to freshen up your business premises, look no further than our Maintenance Operative.

Our maintenance operative is available to assist you with one day of labour quarterly for small outdoor maintenance jobs that you perhaps don’t have the time or resources to do so.

Examples of work supported includes: Jet Washing, Painting, Gutter Clearing, Weeding, Hedge Trimming and Litter Picking.

Whilst this service is free to BID Members, all materials for work undertaken on their property/grounds must be provided by the BID member.

Prior to any works being undertaken, a full assessment will be made by our Maintenance Operative to ensure that the works requested meet the criteria of the service and health & safety regulations. The BID reserves the right to refuse to undertake any project it deems to be to large or unsuitable for the Maintenance Service.
