North Notts BID is excited to announce that North Notts Food Fest is back for 2024, taking place on Saturday 6th July!
Join us at Worksop Old Market Square from 10am – 4pm for a day filled with delicious food & drink and plenty of entertainment. You are in for a treat with this year’s fabulous Celebrity Headline Chef, Chris Bavin! He will be joined by festival favourite, Teresa Bovey, and The Mucky Duck’s award winning chef, Billy Frost. Our fantastic returning host for the day is Penney Poyzer. Bavin will be presenting two demonstrations on the day, showcasing how to get the best meals from cost-effective seasonal ingredients. Currently, you can catch him hosting the second series of Channel 4’s ‘Aldi’s Next Big Thing’ on the TV. He previously presented several BBC food shows including ‘Eat Well for Less’ with last year’s Food Fest celebrity guest Gregg Wallace. He also regularly contributes to The One Show and showcases his horticulture expertise during the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
Love a good cocktail? Enjoy live drink demonstrations from Mixed Colours, performing cocktail demos and serving drinks throughout the day. Expect free cookery demonstrations, children’s craft activities, outdoor bars, street entertainment and so much more!
