Without volunteers, Bassetlaw Hospice simply couldn’t operate. There’s a wide range of ways to get involved, whether you’re an individual or part of a business looking to support as part of your corporate social responsibility.
Volunteer Roles Include:
- Support & Wellbeing Centre – Befriending, activities, serving refreshments
- Kitchen – Supporting the catering team
- Drivers – Transport patients to and from the hospice (mileage paid)
- Meet & Greet – Welcoming patients and visitors
- Digital Marketing – Social media, website improvements, newsletter support
- Gardening – Supporting the hospice garden team
