Join us on Wednesday 27th November for the scaled down Worksop Christmas Lights event, taking place from 3pm – 6pm at the Old Market Square.
Bring your kids along to this fabulous FREE to attend event, with a range of stall holders, food vendors and street entertainment to enjoy all taking place on the square. Treat yourself to some delicious food from Madame Crêpe, 49 Beans Coffee, Manfredi Ice-cream, 3XL BBQ, a burger van and others.

Stall holders will include Magenta Trends selling Christmas decorations and wreaths, Funky Soaps selling scented soaps and toiletry goodies, Ann Smith with light up toys/balloons and more. There will some fairground rides for the children to enjoy, along with Santa who will be available to visit inside The Lion Hotel.

The Civic Element take place at at 5:45pm, which will get you in the festive spirit in no time as we sing some wonderful carols along to the Worksop Miner’s Welfare Brass band! The lights will be switched on at 6pm, followed by a fabulous fireworks display, which you really don’t want to miss…
There will be a temporary 15 minute road closure at the top of town outside Eyres whilst the fireworks display takes place. We hope you can join us for this fabulous afternoon and evening of festive fun! See you on Wednesday 27th November at 3pm – 6pm.
