North Notts BID is delighted to announce that we were the winners of the ‘Best Town/Borough Scheme’ award at the National Best Bar None Awards held on Tuesday 25th March at the House of Lords in London.
This awards ceremony celebrates the success of BBN schemes across the country who are all committed to ensuring safer socialising and offering support to the night-time economy. We launched the Best Bar None scheme across the Bassetlaw District in September 2023, which has since made a significant impact in fostering safer socialising.

Best Bar None is a home-office backed initiative, assessing and accrediting hospitality venues against the core themes of venue management, staff training and care, customer safety and welfare, as well as customer service and community support. We are delighted to be holding the North Notts Best Bar None Awards for 2025 on Wednesday 23rd April, celebrating the 26 accredited venues for 2024/25.
