North Notts BID was delighted to hold the first ‘Fight Back Against Business Crime: North Notts’ event in partnership with Smoke Screen on Wednesday 15th October.
We were pleased to hold this successful event alongside the award-winning Fight Back Against Business Crime (FBABC). This is the first time this initiative has been brought to Worksop, proudly supported by the BSIA. This event was free for all BID member businesses to attend, including all business sectors, in order to unite retailers, police, business leaders and security providers.
The day consisted of talks from local security providers, Nottinghamshire Police and Crime Commissioner – Gary Godden, and the MD of Smoke Screen. There was a vast range of exhibitors, including S80 Security Services, Nottinghamshire Police, Radiotronics, South Electrical and more. Attendees got the chance to communicate with local police and security experts, watch a live demonstration of the Smoke Screen fog system and learn practical prevention tips.
