North Notts BID is delighted to have supported North Notts Arena through our Cost Reduction Service, delivered by Place Support Partnership Ltd (PSP), securing savings over £15,500 across their insurance and gas contracts.
Following a meeting with one of our Business Liaison Officers, the team at North Notts Arena were keen to explore how the Cost Reduction Service could help reduce overheads and protect the long-term sustainability of this vital community facility. With their agreement, North Notts BID introduced PSP to carry out a full audit of their expenditure.
After a comprehensive review, PSP identified significant savings opportunities within the Arena’s insurance and gas contracts. Through strategic renegotiation and procurement, PSP have successfully delivered £15,500 in savings. These funds can now be reinvested directly back into the Arena’s facilities, programmes and wider community offer.
