Bassetlaw Community and Voluntary Service are looking to recruit, a highly organised Office Coordinator to work 37.5 hours per week, based at our office on Priorswell Road, Worksop.

As the Office Coordinator, you will be able to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that administrative support is delivered effectively and we are seeking a highly skilled, enthusiastic and motivated professional person to be responsible for the management of the office.

In addition, you will be required to liaise directly with the Senior Leadership team and all other team members, providing excellent communication across all departments of BCVS. You will be responsible for organising all room bookings and managing the building on a day to day basis – this will include ensuring that we meet health and safety requirements and comply with legislation. In addition, you will also manage and maintain the BCVS website and all external communications including social media and our weekly bulletin.

The successful candidate will be an approachable person who demonstrates excellent interpersonal, administrative and communication skills. You will be proactive and confident with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media is essential.
