Working Hours: 37.5 hrs per week.

This is an opportunity to be part of a project to support the residents of Bassetlaw in overcoming issues caused by the COVID-19 crisis.

You should be an energetic visionary and a committed individual who has the focus and drive to lead the Centre for Sport & Learning, Manton, Worksop, in this time of crisis. The Centre Manager should have knowledge of working in a disadvantaged community, as well as the ability to take positive action in order to respond to the challenges COVID-19 has created.

You will need to bring resilience and determination in achieving on-going excellence in all aspects of the work of the Centre for Sport & Learning. Experience of working with and managing volunteers would be a particular asset in the role, in addition to familiarity with managing bookings of community facilities. Experience of preparing and submitting successful funding application and an understanding of various grant aid opportunities will also be crucial to the future of this role.
