The training aims to support sectors – such as hospitality – that have been affected by lockdown restrictions by keeping staff up to speed and engaged in developing important knowledge and skills in preparation for the return to work.

Progress can be tracked on the platform and certification of completion will provide credits towards employees developing their CPD. The digital training academy has variable levels of training – including the widely recognised level one to three food safety training and well as a Covid Control Certification Scheme.

Courses are interactive, accessible and can be completed at home on a computer or mobile device at any time, to suit individuals needs and commitments.

This facility is free to BID members and puts YOU and YOUR business in control: YOU choose the course; YOU choose the time.

Once registered you will have 30 days to complete the training and the course is certificated when completed.

Please note that there is a limit of 10 free course places per BID member, per BID year. These places can be used by a number of employees on the same course or by one or more employees on a variety of courses. We have negotiated discounts should you require larger groups of employees training in the same year.
