Apply to book your stall or pitch today for North Notts fabulous Food Fest! 

North Notts BID’s Food Festival is back by popular demand with even more visitors expected as the event takes place on Saturday 3rd July 2021 between 9am – 5pm on and around Worksop’s old Market Square.

As well as a range of fantastic food and drink stalls there will be cooking demonstrations from celebrity chefs, BBQ demonstrations, baking competitions and live children’s entertainment. All event information will be announced on the event page – North Notts FoodFest . 

If you’re passionate about providing superb food and/or drink, we’d love you to attend!

BID Members, who are local providers of food and drink, can book a free stall or pitch at this event. It is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase and sell your wares.

How to book:

All bookings will be reviewed before being accepted to ensure they fit within the events criteria.

Cost for stall or pitch: 

Non- BID Members:     

  • £36.00 (Including VAT) per market stall (supplied)
  •  £48.00 (Including VAT) per 3m x 3m pitch

BID Members may book either one Market stall (supplied) or one 3m x 3m pitch for Free. To access this you must provide your BID Ref Number within the booking form.

Sell Your Amazing Goods

We are looking for local businesses who sell and produce food, drink and cooking related products.

  • Artisan Food and drink. 
  • Drinks – (If alcoholic they will have to be off sales (bottled) with the choice to give away free samples).
  • Unique or handmade kitchen, dining ware and pottery.
  • Chocolatiers
  • Bakeries and Patisseries.

Please note the above is not restrictive as North Notts BID is in search of a variety of local artisan, unique, food-related products and produce. So if, your product hasn’t been mentioned above then please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss further. 

It is important to us as part of the BID’s commitment to reducing single use plastics, that we ask, that recyclable or compostable containers/utensils/bags are used for serving food and drink in. If you are offering a discount to people if they bring their own refillable containers, we will publicise this.
