North Notts BID have been helping the town and businesses affected by the floods that have devastated North Notts.
Our Maintenance Operative has been working in Worksop Town Centre helping the businesses affected by the flood. Over the course of last week and this week he has been helping with clearing drains, guttering and moving the damaged goods out of the business premises.
BID Ambassador Joe has been contacting businesses affected by the flood and communicating with Bassetlaw District Council, keeping the businesses up to date and feeding back information to the local council on what businesses need to be able to recover from the damage caused by the floods.

There will be Business Surgeries held by Bassetlaw District Council so stay tuned for dates coming soon.
Help those affected by the flood:
- Donations of food can be made to the Bassetlaw Food Bank in Worksop and Retford, they are open Monday to Friday, between 10am and 2pm.
- If you would like to donate clothes, bedding and smaller items, The Poplars Church and Love Worksop will be accepting donations on a daily basis from Thursday 14th November between 10am and 1pm. They are based at the Golden Ball at 3 Victoria Square, Worksop, S80 1DX.
