NORTH NOTTS BID’S FREE RESET MENU

A three-course social media empowerment programme.

North Notts BID is funding a free social media empowerment programme for BID Member hospitality businesses across North Nottinghamshire – ran by creative digital marketing agency Trapeze Media.

Available to BID members operating within the hospitality industry, the online course will provide businesses with the tools they need to reach local audiences through social media and stay connected with customers.

Trapeze Media’s three-course ‘Reset Menu’ will give businesses the same online marketing tools, know-how, and confidence that Trapeze Media has shared with the likes of Caprice Holdings (The Ivy, Sexy Fish, Harry’s Bar LDN), Searcys (St Pancras Brasserie, The Orangery at Blenheim Palace, Helix at The Gherkin), and HIX Restaurants (Tramshed, HIX Soho, HIX Oyster, Chop House).

SIMPLIFY SOCIAL MEDIA WORK IN 2 HOURS ✅
First Course: Engagement (a free, fast-paced, two-hour interactive workshop + Q&A)
Even when businesses budget for online marketing, the results — likes, shares, sales, etc. — can feel underwhelming. It’s difficult to know what to post, or why content isn’t securing sales. The Reset Menu will empower businesses to address these issues quickly and effectively.

The first of the three courses is a 1.5-hour online workshop + a half-hour Q&A, equipping participants with everything they need to create engaging social content.

I’m not sure I can afford social media, and I’ve been ripped off before.
The Reset Menu will be covered by your BID levy. There’s no extra cost for the workshop or materials.

I know I need to work on social media, but I don’t have the time.
Focus on social media for just 9 hours per month using Reset Menu methods and supporting worksheets.

How can I make better content without learning new time-intensive skills?
You’ll learn Reset Menu tips, tricks, and apps that will have you creating quality social posts in no time.

After the two-hour workshop, a Reset Menu pack will be provided to help each business schedule up to a month of social posts. This pack includes content plan templates, starter sentences, foodie puns, and more.

A THREE-COURSE APPROACH

After this two-hour workshop, Trapeze Media will run two additional free Reset Menu courses to further strengthen participant’s social media skills.

Second Course: Awareness

An introduction to using paid ads to increase local awareness and bookings, and knowing how to effectively allocate marketing budgets to the right audiences.

Learn how to create a paid ads strategy to capture the attention of new regional customers, retarget sales messaging to people who have shown intent to book, and get familiar with how to use the Facebook Ads Manager platform.

Third Course: Trust

Get advice on managing online reviews, gathering customer contact details, and building reputation. Then, discover how to use captured data to create email marketing strategies that will drive repeat bookings and nurture loyalty.

Plus, business will get the chance to speak to special Reset Menu guests, including Frances Dore, marketing director of Caprice Holdings and The Ivy Collection, among others.
